Responsibilities:
Actively communicates with customers and supports them with various requests and inquiries, follows up to make sure the service provided is to the expectations of the guests
Acting as a bridge between the guests and the hotel team members
Supports customers when there are issues and resolve customer complaints
Promote services and amenities offered in the hotel
Actively promotes customer reviews and online reputation
Provide reports to the top management
You have:
Working experience in hospitality
Excellent customer service skills
You are:
Naturally engaging and attentive, with attention to detail
Resourceful and with problem solving skills
