A step from completing a major refurbishment, the Hilton Sofia hotel will boast a brand new OXBO Restaurant and REGALE Bar.

Getting inspiration from the cultural variety facing every day, our Team members create unique savoury adventures for our guests, where the love for details, personal high-class service and genuine care combine to leave a long lasting positive impact.

Currently we are looking for passionate and enthusiastic F&B service professionals, who will deliver an extraordinary dining experience for our guests by meeting and exceeding their expectations.

As part of the Food and Beverage service Team, you will be involved in:
-Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner
-Taking and delivering guest orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of service
-Preparing the restaurant set up for different events
-Following cash handling procedures
-Managing guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
-Up-selling according to latest departmental incentives
-Ensuring compliance of brand standards
-Ensuring cleanliness of work areas
-Complying with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
-Being environmentally aware
-Assisting other departments wherever necessary and maintaining good working relationships

To successfully fill this role, the person we are looking for should maintain the following attitude, behaviours, skills, and values:
-Positive attitude
-Fluency in English language
-Good communication skills
-Commitment to delivering high levels of guest service
-Excellent grooming standards
-Ability to work on your own or in teams

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
– Previous Food and Beverage and/or industry experience
– Experience with cash handling
– Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations
