Cabin Crew (Кабинен екипаж)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

In connection with the upcoming flight program, we are looking to hire cabin crew who hold a valid EASA certification or candidates without previous experience.

The selection process starts with a review of the submitted CVs and shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview. Successful candidates will be booked for initial training on the A320 aircraft type.

The candidates, who have successfully passed the aeromedical examinations, sign an initial fixed-term 6-month employment contract with a 1-month probationary period, effective after the full course of training and successful certification (obtaining an A320 type-specific certificate) and a contract for training.

– theory course is planned for February, March, April 2024
– flight training – May, June 2024.

The company will bear the expenses of the theoretical and practical training; however, there is a contractual commitment to fulfill the 6-month agreement.

Job Requirements:

– Must be 18 years or older;
– High school diploma (or higher education certificate);
– Valid international passport;
– Very good command of the English language;
– No history of previous convictions and no pending pre-trial proceedings;
– No addiction to narcotic, psychotropic or any other illegal substances;
– Excellent teamwork skills;
– Responsible, disciplined and efficient;
– Composed, presentable and well- mannered;
– Good diction and speech culture;
– Excellent hygiene and well-kept appearance;
– High level of adaptability, ability and willingness to do business trips and stay abroad for extended periods of time;
– Normal body proportions, and a minimum height of 1.60 cm (to ensure safety equipment can be reached).

N.B. Advantage will be given to candidates who speak more than one foreign language, specifically Italian or Polish.
