Position summary:

The event manager will play a crucial role in managing theplanning, organization and coordination and execution of various events in thehotels. The event manager should make sure all the events are planned to thesmallest detail and are running flawlessly so that the clients are satisfiedand their expectations are exceeded.

The responsibilities will include:

Be in constant contact with musicians, bands, artists, DJs,ballet dancers, actors etc. and organize the entire professional shows andprograms in Grifid Hotels

Manage and coordinate medium to large scale events

Managing the events budget, offers and the invoicingprocesses

Work together with the internal teams, suppliers, businesspartners and third party companies in order to make sure the event will bemeticulously executed

To stay up to date with the latest trends and noveltiesabout events

Take part in various event fairs and presentations

A must are strong organization and negotiation skills,attention to detail and client building orientation

Requirements:

The candidate must have proven experience in a managerialpositions and have a similar experience to the requirement.
